Lighting ? for corals

off this website when it states this coral needs medium light or strong light. Strong light I assume to be mh. But what is medium light ? I have a 75 g with 2 110watt VHO's . Want to add some corals , could you be specific about which kinds I could add. Thanks

Prob leathers, zoas/palys,mush,green star polyps(gsp) lower light sps like digitata, birds nest. Someone else with more experience will prob chine in.
