Lighting for FOWLR tank...I am a reefer!!

I want to set up a FOWLER tank with a fish list of coral munchers. Basically anything I can not keep in my reef.
I have no idea's on the lighting, but I want it to be a bright tank with good lighting...just no halides. I need some sugestions. The tank will be a 180.

I was always satisfied with the standard flourescent strip lights on my FOWLR tanks. I ran two strips; a white and an actinic, and it provided plenty of light. I upgraded to pc's last year and like the brightness, but for a FOWLR system, NO flourecents are fine.

what about t-5 lights....too much or what!!

I got a set of odessy lights t-5 two strips and they are great.
