Lighting for LT Anemone

Have a 75g with 100lb LR and 100LS. Bought a LT anemone yesterday and he is doing his exploring around the tank right now. From what I've read that's normal and to leave him b. I have the nova extreme 8x54 and was wondering what is a good amount of time to leave the lights on for?? Usually run both the 10,000K and the Actnic Blues for 12hr a day (9am-9pm). Too much, just right for do I need to keep one on more or less?
Also on feeding I bought some silversides and was told to slice them small and give them too him. Anyone else recommend another food or is this good enough?

12 hours seems long to me, but i don't think your anemone will care. The only problem that i can think of would be excess algae growth. You should post a pic.
They seem eat just about any food that you put in the tank. My anemone eats mysis, brine, and flake food.
