lighting for my 12 gal aquapod?

i want to up grade thr lighting on my tank, but not sure what kind to get, i've looked at hqi ,how many watts can i get ?, i'll make a new conopy to fie the lighting, what should i go with ?
any sug would help.

My wife and I got the HQI from sunpod. It comes with its own canopy. All you have to do is take the aquapod hood off and the new one has legs on it. You just adjust the width of the legs to fit your tank. It comes with a 70 watt 14k hqi.

do you happen to have a pic of it? i looked at some today, but was the type that has a bracket that fits on the back.
