MH/VHO combo
VHO
PC.
All depends on what size tank you have and its depth, figure that out and then start thinking of lighting.
As a lousy rule of thumb you will need 4+ watts per gallon, depending on size and depth of tank.

i have mine in a 75g and i have dual 250w 14k metal halides and dual 96w pc actinics, and it loves the light!!!

Mine is in a 55 with dual 175w 20,000K MHs and is doing great!
