the lighting thing is really confusing to me at first when i started i was gonna do seahorses but after a little research i decided to go with clowns so that i could have anenomes and other fish in the tank to but i have two fluorescent lights and i dont know what i need for a 29g reef tank any help is good

Depends on the type of anemone. Bubbles can survive under vho. But do better under metal halide. If I were you, I'd get a MH, because that would eliminate at least 1 up grade. For a 29 gallon tank, 1 175w MH is sufficient light.
