I am replacing my current bulbs and read on a site that I should use the 65w 6700k and not the 10000k for my zoas, and the 65w 420nm. I also looked on here at some threads and getting mixed results. I have a 36 gal reef with lr and ls and only 2 zoa frags inside. what is the best choice for replacement bulbs?

You're not going to be happy with the coloration of 65-10K. I wouldn't go with anything under 10K, it's a very yellow color. Sure, it will help growth, but not that much more than a 10K bulb, which is a crisper white.
As for the actinic, the 420nm is a better bulb than the 460nm.

The coloration of the bulb depends on if you are trying to grow shallow water zoas or deep water zoas.
You might find that with the 65k bulb, you will be overridden with algae and your zoas won't have room to replicate.
