lighting help

i have a 75 gal 20in deep x 18 wide with 2 - 55 watt German style actinic bulbs and 2 - 55 watt German style 7100K daylight power compact bulbs in the fixture. 220w
it has legs that keep it about 4 inches above my glass canopy
is this enough lighting to keep soft coral, and should I put the
fixture closer to the glass canopy
not use to looking at the new lighting i guess i
had regular fluorescents before.

i have a 72 gall tank and use a 4 x 96 watt pc fixture that i used to rest right on top of the glass tops ,
now i use no glass tops i support it with 1/2" square plexiglass so it is about 2" from water
