lighting.. how much is okay for anenomies

sorry, I am not so sure I will be able to help you out in the way you wanted...
from most posted info anemonies need to be in a tank that is at least a year old, some current, preferably VHO or PC lighting or combo there of and DO need to be direct fed...
they DO NOT NEED a clown fish...sometimes other damsels will bond w/ them...sometimes clowns/other damsels will "love them to death"...
anemonies WILL GO WHERE "THEY" want to, not always where WE put them...in moving around, they may sting other tank inhabitants or get caught up in PH intake or overflow...
pretty much choose a place w/ medium current & good lighting...
