Lighting Ident

I posted earlier about the compact lights that I bought with my tank. The store stated it was a 108Watt light. Upon looking at the light here is what I found.
There are 4 bulbs. The two on the left side are as follows:
1 Macro LH-18W/B
1 Phillips PL-L 18W/865/4p
On the right side:
1 Macro LB-36W/B
1 Phillips PL-L 36W/865/4P
One set of lights are blue (macro I believe) and the philips are the white lights.
I am assuming the W stands for watts in this instance, in which case the store would be correct with the 108 watts. This does not even seem like I have remotely enough lights to keep coral from what everyone is saying. I believe the rule of thumb was 3-4 watts per gallon in which case I am about 120Watts short. Thoughts??

Yup, get a pair of 175 watt 6500K or 10000K MH bulbs and you will be good to go for almost everything you want except the most demanding SPS corals.

18 and 36 watts, these bulbs sound more like standard/normal output flo's to me.Not anything special. But with enough of them you can still get the light you need. But PC(power compact),VHO(very high output)or MH(metal halite) lighting will give you more wattage in less space.
