lighting options

what are some options for lighting in my 15g tall?
right now i have 2 20" strips with one zoo-med super daylight (6500k?) and one zoo-med acitinic 420. i believe they are both 15 watts(30 watts total). i would like to increase my wattage but the only things i can find (without going to metal halide and spending 400 bucks) are 24" strips in in 55 watts and 65 watts, do they make these 55/65 watt strips in 20"?

the 20 inch coralife 96 watt powerquad i have it and love it you can keep any softie and lps.

also being that these are the only ones ive heard about are there other options? i like the idea of the 55 or 65 watt bulbs in the 24", but 96 watts seems like plenty.
