Lighting problems.

So i just ordered the Nova Extreme Pro for 220 for my 75 gallon. There is 3 actinics and 3 daylight lamps. Do i turn all of them on during the day and shut them off at night. Or do i turn on the day light during the day and the actinic at night??

Turn on your actinics about an hour before your daylight lamps (leave them both on during the day). Later on have the daylights turn off, then the actinics and hour later.
What time and for how long each is on is up to you. Shoot for about 10 hours of total light.
