Assuming its not a 20H I would say yes to all but I will let someone else talk about an anemone.
I keep most of the corals you speak of under PC lighting.

i asked my LFS how much metal haylids where and he said $480
i couldnt pay 4 that then he recommended power compacts i asked him if i could keep any of those corals he said no. he said no hard stony corals. and i said no thanks then. lol
so T-5's will work 100% right?

What are your tank dimensions???
I have to 54watt-T5HO on a 48gal and keep the corals you mentioned...
T5's are way better then PC

He is correct, you won't be able to keep hard stony corals. As far as the corals that you suggested in your first post you will be able to keep them. I just suggest that you keep them up higher in the tank. If your budget is under $150 then you will probably have to go PC. I would suggest T5 but you might spend more than $150.
Without dropping names, their are others on this board with PC lighting that keep the corals that you want.

You don't mention what wattage T5's you plan on getting
I have 130 watt power compacts on my 29 gal. I have xenia, mushrooms and frogspawn. I believe hammer is similar to frogspawn along with torch coral. I am unfamiliar with bubble and I think that anemone's require a stronger light. I have to agree with the advice that the JOKER gave

t5 for softies is fine even without individual reflectors. as for an anemone, u will need t5 with individual reflectors.

I have a 40 Breeder with the 192w of PC on it. I have zoos, ricordea, softies, frogspawn, an even an SPS (Orange digitata which is fairly hardy anyhow), and everything is growing well. I would imagine a T5 with individual reflectors would be fine.

I may be wrong but dont you have to change PC bulbs every 7-8months?? Seems to me that would add up...
