lighting question

I was wondering what ballast you all would recommend. I am looking into the workhorse ballast, but don't know if i should over power or under power the VHO lighting. I tihnk i am going to have about 150W of bulbs, but the ballasts come in 140 or 220 watts. Which one should i use.

Try power compacts for a 20gal tank. All you would need is 2 65watt PC's. One Antic one 10k. You can get a hood for pritty cheep with built in fans. Coralife has a nice one. They also put out less heat then VHO.
