Lighting Question

Starting a new tank 46 bow. I would like to use the Berlin method and use LS and LR for bio. No reef just LS and LR with fish. How much and what type of lighting do I need?

Normal output flo's would be fine.Use as many as you can fit over the tank,but get better bulbs.The stock bulbs usually are not very good.I reccomend actinic blues with some high k value daylights.Or 50/50's.

Will two 50/50s work to keep the LS and RS alive?
