lighting question

my light that I got when I bought my tank (55gal)from my buddy is a single structure that holds two 24" bulbs. On the left it has a coralife 7100k blue bulb on the other it has just a regular 20watt bulb. Is that ok for a fowlr tank. Also are there any bulbs that I could put in that would be suffecient for soft coral down the line? Thanks a lot

Fine for FoWLR but not even close to enough for corals IMO

yep, agreed. going to need much better lights than that to maintain healthy corals

I know I need better lights but is there bulbs that I could use with my current setup that would be ok for things like mushrooms or should I get a new lighting system?

If you want coral get a new lighting system. If you want fish, don't.
