That doesn't mean anything to your tank. How many 11w bulbs and on what size of tank??
To answer your question, the color of bulb is really a matter of looks. The 10k 50/50 bulbs will be a white/blue... the 6500k bulb will be white/yellow. I would go with the 50/50.

HERE IT IS :D
MINI COMPACT™
Aquarium Lighting
All-Glass Aquarium has available an efficient 10 Watt Mini Compact™ replacement bulb for the small aquarium. This new bulb features more natural aquarium lighting and easily screws into many aquarium hoods and strip-lights. This bulb provides 6500 K temperature light that promotes live aquatic plant growth for your fresh and saltwater aquariums. Mini Compact Bulbs also features the equivalent light output of 50 watts of light and runs cooler. Longer 6000 hour life replaces 6 tubular incandescent bulbs and the Mini Compact uses less energy to operate. All-Glass Mini Compact aquarium Bulbs are C UL US listed and operate on 110 - 130 VAC.

Nothing to roll the eyes about... I think the 6500k lights are VERY yellow.
What are you tying to accomplish with these lights?? Are you trying them for corals??
Also, have you looked into the LOA 65w PC flood light?? If you like the looks of a 6500k bulb it may be a good option for you. It's about 40$ at home depot. I have one on my 20g refuge and it grows algae really well. IMO it would also do good for shrooms, zoos, etc.
