Lighting question

I have a 55gal reef.
Currently running pc lighting.
How long should I run my lights for each day?
I currently run them 7hrs. a day.

I run my atinics about 10 hrs and my MH bulbs 9hr everyone is different though.I don't know what the least you can run but I dont think their is a max u can run them..also the more you run it the more alage grows though..
