this is just regular flouresent bulb. u can keep mushrooms and some zoas. u will most likely see ur shrooms and zoas extending to get light.

Ok thanks. I might try and get some mushrooms and see how they do next time I go to the LFS. I will upgade sooner or later, just need some more money first.
