lighting question

i have a 45 dt and 20g l sump fuge, i wanna keep toadstool, xenias, hammers, featherdusters, mshrooms, poylps, will 156w of t5ho be enough adn what should my lighting schedule be? thanks to all that reply

feather dusters are worms and eat planktonic food. you can target feed them easily, or just put them in medium flow a feed your tank downstream.
hammers coral im not so sure about... maybe on the way top of the tank but personally i wouldnt try it
your other choices should be ok as long as there in direct light... xenias will be hit or miss tho.. you either gorw them liek weeds or they die.
*im succesfully keeping many softies and a few LPS under 216t5ho btw

ok i found a fixture that is 250w of mh and 206w of t5ho, this should allow me to keep what ever i want b/c i believe ill want a clam in the future

4 t5 bulbs over a 45 is enough for the corals u hv listed. remember, water parameters r important too besides lighting. hammer and frogspawn corals dont need mh light to thrive.
