25 is kinda small,I am hoping you are going for a fish only tank,and not a reef tank.A reef tank(live corals) will require high powered lighting that will be next too impossible to fit over a tank that size...For a fish only tank,the normal lighting that comes with the hood will be marginal,but acceptable.You should at least upgrade the bulbs to a 50/50,or a high k-value bulb...

it is still possible with a 25g. ive seen 10g reefs. but if you are just starting with saltwater, start with a fish only. (small fish). it is much easier to maintain and gives you knowledge on how the life cycle works. reefs are high maintenance but if you really want to do it lighting is one of the most important part of the reef. but like mr. salt said it DONT DO IT.
