Lighting Upgrade (Love dat Blue Look!)

With what I have on my tank, I would like to be able to bring out the colors of the fish more with better lighting. Are there any suggestions on the lighting situation with cost in mind?..LOL I love that blue look when I go the local fish shop. Can I have that in my aquaruim.. ?

It really depends on what kind of money you want to spend. But you could go with pc's or VHO's

The blue, rippling look in your lfs's aquariums is probably given by MH's. You can have it, but it's gonna cost you. You could get a similiar look by adding a few actinic bulbs to the front of your aquarium.
