Ok i want to make my 75 agg. and i was wonderin would 2 48" VHOs be enough to light up the tank?

Aggressive tanks don't need strong lighting at all, that would be fine to light up the tank. Unless you're planning on trying to keep corals or clams with the aggressive tank, a FOWLR set-up is fine with that lighting.

I just use regular standard flor. lighting for all of my aggresive tanks. In fact, there is only a 2 bulb 48" light over my 125. They love it.
