Lighting

Any suggestions on lighting timing.
I read that you should put blus on a hour or two before white and then turn off white and leave blue on for an hour or two.
Also - Leave blue on with white or turn off and use just a begining and end.

My lights are on for 10 hours a day total. My actinics come on for an hour then the whites plus the actinics are on for 8, then the whites shut off and its just the blues again for another hour. Timers are money well spent. I just have one for each set of lights and I would never do it any other way again.
