how much lighing do i need for my 10 gallon. i currently have a 55 fowlr so i am new to the lighting for coral.thanks

50 is a good amount... if you are new to this hobby i would suggest holding off on any anemone's. espec. in a 10
they are very picky and if not happy will die and poison your whole tank
you can keep some good softies with 50watts
