Ok, i got a 20L that has 2 65W PC lights. is this enough for anemones? If so, which type?

Having enough lighting is only half the battle. IMO no anemone should go in a 5g tank... the water chemistry is just to difficult to keep constant.

Maybe you misunderstood me reef... if the lighting is enough, it was going into a 20 Gallon (long) tank.

Yes, my mistake... I thought you were referring to a 20 liter lol. Anyway, I'd agree with the above comment.

The big difference is NOT the 1 wpg... it is the type of lighting being used. There is a HUGE difference between the output of a MH compared to a PC. Watt for watt... MHs produce more "usable" light.
btw, there is nothing rude about asking questions!! We are all here to learn.

Just wanted to make sure that you knew it was an informative question, not a snob question...
So it has somethign to do with the spectrum then??? Whats the spectrum difference in the bulbs?

No, it's not the spectrum. It's the intensity of the bulbs... or simply put, the amount of light they produce per-watt. Again, a MH will produce more usable light per-watt than a PC... not because of the spectrum but because of the design of the bulbs.
