lighting?

I'm getting ready to build a reef, Its a custum tank 30x36x30, what lighting would you put on it. I want SP corals and clams, 2x 150 watt MH HQI with 2 attinc t5 bulds, or 250 watt MH with 4 t5 attinc bulbs?
How are the HQI bulbs, are they any better then the old MH?

in a 140 gallon tank i would go with two 250 watt mhs

if u can afford it, go for the best light. that way, u can keep any corals and hv them placed anywhere.
