If the fixture has individual reflectors and you're using good bulbs then yes there is no reason why you can keep anemones under T5.
What size tank and how many bulb/wattage are you using?

well it has one big reflector and im using 2 bulbs one is blue and the other is a powerful white. and the wattage is like 24watts.
with 18,000 K,
if i remember my said that i could keep anything except stony corals. im just making sure. and my tank is a 20gal. i know its not recommended to keep anemones in that size tank but im going to get like a seabe or bubble trip smaller anems like that.
