I have a 90gal and I'll be adding 100 to 120lbs of live rock. What type of lighting do I so the rock will thrive? It will be a FOWLR tank.

LR doesn't need a whole lot of light. You could get away with standard fluorescent tubes, but if you wanted a brighter look two 48" T5 would be great too.
