is 3 150 watt MH bulbs enough lighting for my 220 gallon reef aquarium. it is 7 feet long and like 25 in deep. is 150w good or do i need 250w?

i think 150w x 3 is good enough.

i would go with three, 400w, at least 250w. But I guess that depends on what you plan on putting in there. I like sps

you don't need 400's. i'd choose 250's, but you can get away with 150's. i have 250's on the outer edges of my tank and i can keep sps on the sand bed.
