I'm not sure what color 18WPC bulbs I should be using. My tank is 65gl it will be a reef tank. I have attach a layout of my tank and a photo of the tank with just the MH lights on.
Lighting ????

Use pure actinics. That way you can run a "dusk to dawn" affect.
