Lighting

I recently was given a marineland double bright LED light system for a small 14 gallon saltwater tank. The light on the box says it gives off 450 Lumens. I havent added any live rock or anything yet. I was wondering if this light will be ok with live rock. Will it still grow and everything? What about some coral? Any input would be helpful.

It will work for live rock for sure, it looks like it should grow most everything, might want to start with mushrooms and zoas and work your way up to monti and see how things go but seems like a nice little light.
