Is t8 lighting good enough for corals in a ten gallon tank?

Actinics really don't do much for photosynthetic critters, altho they're fine for blue supplementation...you'll need a daylight. I prefer 10k K, personally.
Also, T8 is a normal output fluorescent, which won't be bright enough unless you keep low-light corals.
