should you have both 50/50 and blue actine running together all the time or should you have 50/50 and then blue at another time. I know it sounds silly but i was justing wondering

I am not sure I follow but yes you want all the lights on together. If you actinic is serperatly controlled just have it come on an hour or so before the other lights and stay on an hour longer for a dusk - dawn effect.
