consider about 4w per gal as a min if it is close to surface, you need about 300w for your tank. Keeping a pink tailed anemone alive won't work with your present setup. Consider fish only until you upgrade. Until then, if you change your bulbs for GE daylight ultra f40sp65 or phillips x40dx things will look brighter as they are 6500k spectrum bulbs and cost the same as any other NO(normal output) fluorent bulb about $3 each, it's the best you can do with what you have. There are some low light mushrooms(brown color) if that interests you.
