i was wondering wut kinda of plants or corel i can get with a floreset bulb , i think it is a 22 watt , im not suer...

Under this wattage only non-photosynthetic corals may survive. The problem with this type of corals is, that you need to feed it heavily. They are very tough corals to start with. Not recommended!!! Also you need to have perfect filtration system to support heavy feedings.
Bottom line... i wouldn't start with corals with this lighting.
Is there possibility to add another bulb? Just one. Make one white 6500K and one actinic. Thsi will supports some nice polyps.

I'll toss my 2 cents toward the pc's they're cooler, safer, and cheaper maybe 3x55w for a 20gal or 2x96watt would give you a lot of options.
