ive been asking people with a light setup but im not sure what do do, should i build my own or get it all together at a LFS,

I think you should build your own. You will save a lot of money that way.

what would i all need to build it, could i get a flourescent setup and put 4 lights in it form a lfs

Well I noticed you have 2 anenomes in your tank. You will need a vho set up. 4 110w vho's. You will need a ballast to run them and the bulbs. If you use uri bulbs then you won't need a reflector.

whats a uri and ballast bulbs, im planning on adding a few corals soon so i need some good light at a cheaper price,
