I am setting up a FOWLR but it is a tall tank - 30 inches tall. Will four 110 watt VHO's reach the bottom or do I need MH? Any suggestions and help will be appreciated!!

You really dont need to worry about light penetration too much in a fowlr tank. that light would work fine though for illuminating everything.
