lights for FOWLR

What lighting and for how many hours do I need for a FOWLR tank??
As always, I appreciate all your help!!

You can use the most basic lighting systems available if you do not plan on any corals/clams/macroalgae. I would consider basic flourescence or incadescent on for 8-10 hours per day.
