i need to know about lights. looking to replace my blubs after one year in service. the lights that came with the tank setup were 18" 15 watt t8 aqua bulbs (cheapest lights made i'm sure). i want to keep the same setup but increase the lighting, which i think i can do seeing as though the lights i have are junk. wanting to buy some coral life bulbs or uri daylight blubs. two questions coral life offers a 10000k and a 20000k bulb. with or without reflectors. which is the best bulb for the money, and will the 10000k last twice as long as the 20000k, what is the difference between the two. thanks for the help
new in the lighting part, and worried if i get to bright i will have algae problems like so many other people i have heard complaining of that problem. tank has done real well and i don't need any problems. i would like to try some low light corals, aquasun, 50/50, antic? thanks
