Lights seem dim

I have 4 t-5's (2-10,000 2-antinic) with 2-MH 10,000 in a fixture. Normally i run t-5's during the day and when i get home bout 4 i run mh's until about 7. Someday's I have let the mh's run longer. Just morning I turned my mh's on before 7 and when I got home, corals wasnt opened up like normal. So I unpluged the mh's and my t-5's seem to be weak. Any ideas or am i just seeing things.

To me the t-5's are dim compared to metal halides and will look dim after running halides and comparing the lighting with/without halides running.
How old are your bulbs? Your corals could also not be opening for a huge number of readings including (not limited to) water parameters.
