Just did it tonight w/ help from the video- had trouble at first b/c i had to find out for my self that the layers have to be independent from the rest- gif images must te switched to RGB color first and then you can make a copy layer- if you just drag, it is still inder the orginal 256 colors of the first image you selected and the color will get jacked on the following pics
