lil white spots

just wondering....i have 2..yes (2) royal grammas in my main tank that had lil white spots all over the front part of their bodies......they showed u and dissapeared just as quick....water quality is good 0 amonia....0nitrites.....and about 10 or so nitrates....they look fine now and appear to be all right....as well as everybody else in the tank........anyone have an idea?

What fish have resently been added to your tank wo QT?
Sounds like ich. Begin garlic soaked food feeding and hope for the best. Be prepared to have to treat fish [all of them] if you see a remergence of the spots. If you have strictly a FO, you can treat with hyposalinity--treatment of choice.
If not, then you will to set up a hospital tank.
