So my 14 gal bio cube is coming along nicely! I added the other day a rock that has 4 tiny mushrooms and some brown star polyps. Anyway I didn't know when i bought it that it had a small colony of Aiptasia anemones! 1 large one and a few smaller ones. Well all i have is a bottle of lime juice.
So I take the rock out of the tank and put it into a boal of tank water and wait for the little buggers to come out of there holes. Anyways I nail a few of em and the big one as well with the stuff. Wow almost instantly shrivle up they didn't even contract into there holes again. So i shot them all one more time and sprayed them with it. They are well I'm pretty sure dead. (the lime juice seems to also stick to em.) Every thing alse seems to be doing well on the rock but the anemones.
Just would like to let you all know and if this was a good idea!
Thanks guys
Riley
