Some pics of my new Lion. I had seen pictures of them before but was never all that impressed. Let me tell you... pictures can't come close to showing how spectacular these fish are. The white in the fins is amazing. If you like lions, make it a point to see one of these sometime.
Antennata Lion - Pterois antennata, approx the size of a racquetball, including fins.

Beautfiful specimen! I love lion fish, i have always wanted one, but i wasnt sure if it would do well in my 55.

Very nice looking lion! I have always wanted a antennata but i decided to go w/ gobies... but i m gonna buy one if i will go w/ a FOWLR few years later

He hasn't eaten prepared foods as yet, though he eats live food very well . I got him Friday, so he's still getting used to the new surroundings. I'll probably offer him some silversides tonight. He's got to be hungry, and he's out/swimming around more and more, so I know he's getting more comfy in the new tank.
