Lion and a blue tang

could I put a lion in a 65 with a 6 inch blue tang. If so what kind and how big.

A zebra lionfish would do great in a tank that size, they get to be about 8" in captivity. The zebra is the largest of the dwarf species, other dwarfs are the fuzzy (6"), and the fu manchu (4").
