Lion Fish Has Popeye

I have a lionfish with popeye in one eye and the eye is a little cloudy. Everything I read if I medicate the tank it could cause problems wit my tank. The tank is a 90 gallon is their something I can do other than medicate it. The water checks out perfect.

The water may check perfect but there are many DOC's that we can't check for.
I would do the 30% water change just to be sure and see if that helps the lionfish, I would also setup a hospital tank just incase you have to go with the medication.
I assume you read the treatment thread at the top for popeye?
