Assuming you have a P. volitans, it will grow another 4-5 inches and put on more girth. Full adult specimens are really impressive. I grew one to about 12 inches a few years back. Great fish.
Hopefully your tank is large enough to support on of these.

IME, even a 90 is going to be tight for one of these fish, especially given the other specimens you have. I'd at least remove the sailfin, which will require a lot more room as it grows. Keeping a large lion in a marginal tank with a lot of other fish increases the risk of a mishap. While not aggressive, the lion may continually find itself on the defensive if it feels crowded, and one of the others might get tagged. A tank in the 150 range would be better suited to the fish you currently have.

If you have a few moments I would recommend a google search for "lionfish info sheet", the first hit will pull up a nice article. You'll find all kinds of husbandry and size of the different lionfish.
Thats said, expect your P Volitans to reach approx 15" and fill out thickness wise over the next 3-6months
