I have a 150 gallon tank with a lionfish, a mushroom polyp coral, an anenome and a porcupine puffer. What else would you recommend for this set up? I am thinking a trigger or something else colorful and active. Also, what kind of cleaners would you use for this tank?

i have a pork and people will tell you not to put a lion in with them, i would be one of them, i HAD a lion in there for a while but a few days ago my puffer shredded the lion, it was devastating, such a beautiful fish, if i were you i would take one or the other back
and deffinatly no triggers they will do the same,
i would get a nice eel
i hear maroon clowns are prety agressive
in my aggressive i have a long spined urchin, a pencil urchin the size of a baseball, a choco chip star, and a red gereral, a handful of big snails, and im not sure if i have any crabs left for my clean up crew

not to hijack this thread, what do you think about a blue jaw with a lion, I have heard alot of people having success, but I dont know if I can bring myself to try it.

personally i wouldnt try anythign that just "some" people have success with because my luck isnt very good.. so i like to keep it by the books..
also i like to compare this type of situation to a casino... you always hear the winnign stories at a casino, but you never hear all the horror storis of how much people lost..
my point.. everyone that has succes tells about it.. if it is short term they usually wont say " oh ya i tried it and it didnt work" because they know they shouldnt have tried it... and you usually NEVER hear people who try it and admit to it and tell the story about it...

Fish all seem to have their own personalities. I've read and heard so many people say that a trigger and a puffer are OK together. I put a small trigger in with my puffer and then proceeded to watch him beat the puffer up constantly until I finally removed the trigger and took it back to the LFS. Like it was stated above, just like a casino, there are winners and thre are losers. Good Luck.
