I suggest you post SPECIFIC tank parameters and inhabitants, and other specs of the tank...and post it to a thread in the aggressive forum. Also post typical feeding and diet.

At day 3 I wouldn't be too worried. A healthy large lionfish can survive without food for quite a while, i would say a few weeks easily. Check your params and try some live food, ghost shrimp or a damsel or something.

i would say get some gghost shrimp or mollies and i would try feed them to him not as they are live because then it will just go eat any fish you put in there

I agree. For a new lion that is not eating, live foods often work, but I am worried if this is an established fish that stopped eating. That is why we need to know more about the tank. DId you get this fish from someone? What were they feeding it?
But definitely need to know all the parameters and tank inhabitants.
